Windows Server 2012 R2 is no longer supported in the latest Equipment Hub versions. Windows Server 2012 R2 reached end of extended support from Microsoft on October 10, 2023. Microsoft’s paid Extended Security Updates (ESU) program that provided critical/security updates expired on October 14, 2026. Equipment Hub version 3.4.1.2 is no longer supported; for continued updates you will need to update Windows and move to a supported version of Equipment Hub.
